Engineering Float Trip When: Saturday, August 9th Where: Meramec State Park RSVP deadline: Tuesday, July 22nd   Float trip rates: 1. Two-person canoe: $17.50 per person 2. Six-person rafts: $20.00 per person To RSVP send a check made out to "Association of Graduate Engineering Students, WUSTL" for the amount corresponding to the choice of canoe or raft and the number of guests you are bringing. Please also write "AGES Float Trip Canoe/Raft" in the check memo field. You will be informed when we receive the check. Your RSVP will be considered ONLY when we receive your check. Venkat Gaddam: Bryan 109 Light snacks and drinks will be provided, but be sure to bring a lunch and BYOB.  We will carpool from Whitaker Hall to Meramec State Park (about a 1 hour drive).  Please let us know if you can volunteer to be a carpool driver – the first ten carpool driver to volunteer will be reimbursed ½  the cost of their float. Note for all floaters: you will receive an update e-mail on Thursday, July 24th giving you the itinerary for the float trip. Note for carpool drivers: once you have RSVP’d you will receive a notification e-mail asking for your contact information so we can organize the carpool efficiently and reimburse you if you are one of the first 10 volunteers.
