A sub-committee working in the Green Action meeting

Home

Thanks for a great year!  Green Action won the award for Excellence in Student Group Programming from the Office of Student Activities.  Next year is going to be even better, so get excited!

Green Action is an active environmental campus group at WashU.  We focus on issues ranging from efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions to recycling and waste.  Students are encouraged to come with ideas and projects, and use the group’s collective experience to make real change on campus, as well as locally and nationally.

Green Action is also active within the national climate movement.  We believe that global warming is a major issue that must be dealt with by politicians, businessmen and homeowners.
