The 2N5089 and TIP42 transistors are used as the power switch, sending
+5 VDC into the LM317 voltage regulator on high signal on pin 1 of J21A.
The voltage regulator sends about +2.66 VDC to the battery terminals on
the Camera PCB. The 1000 uF capacitor is a bypass capacitor, which provided
the extra current needed by the Camera PCB when taking a picture.
