New SWE Members: SWE Headquarters is backed up with new member registrations. For new members that do not currently have ID numbers, please register and use “Pending” as the Member ID Number. Email swe@cec.wustl.edu with the numbers when they arrive.

Registration Policies
1. You are encouraged to be a registered SWE National Member to
attend the 2009 Region I Conference. If not a member or you do not remember your SWE Member ID
number, please go to www.swe.org.
2. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellation. Registering for this conference is a financial obligation whether you attend or not. Substitutions are permitted as long as notice is given prior to the conference dates. There will be no on-site registration. 3. There are no registration limitations, as far as, number of participants from each school or professional section. 4. Keep in mind that the Career Fair occurs during Session time slots.

Rates will increase by $15 after January 9th Student SWE Member Conference Registration • Fee: EB - $45.00, Reg - $60.00 • Includes: entire conference, dinner on Friday and all Saturday meals Professional SWE Member Conference Registration • Fee: EB - $75.00, Reg - $90 • Includes: entire conference, dinner on Friday and all Saturday meals Non-Member Student Conference Registration • Fee: EB - $60.00, Reg - $75.00 • Includes: entire conference, dinner on Friday and all Saturday meals Career Fair Only Registration • Fee: $10.00 • Includes: Saturday career fair Seminar Speakers & Corporate Sponsor Representatives • No fee • Includes: Saturday activities and meals • If you are a SWE Member, you may choose to register as such.
