Friday

There are many fun things to do in St. Louis.  On Friday afternoon you could visit the Arch or go to one of the many free museums in Forest Park.  A list of various attractions can be downloaded here.  Many of these, including the Arch and Union Station, are easily accessible via the MetroLink. 

Friday night registration will occur at both the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Danforth University Center (DUC) on the Washington University campus.  There will be themed welcoming activities at the DUC comprised of  "Fair type activities" including a lego competition, fair games and St. Louis favorites.  Food will be served.

Saturday

Please join us at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for the collegiate and professional meetings (including breakfast) from 8:00-9:00am and the joint meeting from 9:05-9:50am.  These meetings will take place in the Stamford and Windsor rooms.  The joint meeting will include an update by Betty Shanahan, SWE Executive Director and CEO, on the state of SWE and a short presentation from the Public Policy Committee.

A variety of professional development seminars and a networking lunch will then take place at the Danforth University Center (DUC) on WashU's campus. The career fair will last for over 2 hours in the afternoon.
